Thanks @Kezia Eleojo - Screen Studio (for Mac) https://screen.studio/ It's a great tool. One time payment I believe. To make it appear like it loops seamlessly, I start out zoomed on the logo/nav and then at the end I zoom back in to the same spot. It kind of hides the "restart" that way.
