What transforms AI-generated assets into meaningful creative work?

I created a short cinematic vertical ad for the Envato challenge.

I really like the challenge theme because it reflects something I strongly believe: AI is a powerful creative tool, but it's the human behind the creative vision, direction, and decision-making that elevates the final result.

For this entry, I directed the entire creative process, from developing the concept, selecting the right stock assets, creating AI-generated visuals, color grading, and assembling the final ad.

If AI can make anything, what still makes something yours?

I've always wanted to open a cozy little café. Books on the shelves, jazz on vinyl, matcha on the menu, and stories tucked into every corner.

So I imagined one.

Using Envato's AI tools and assets, I built the identity for Stories' House. The logo, menus, packaging, and brand system all came together through AI.

But the soul didn't.

That came from the prompts I wrote, the references I obsessed over, the directions I rejected, and the feeling I kept chasing until everything belonged to the same world.

AI created the visuals.

I directed the vision.

Human by Design is about showing that AI is a creative partner, not the creative director. For this project, I used Envato as my primary creative toolkit to produce a premium product campaign. AI helped generate ideas, but every key decision, from pacing and typography to color, music, and storytelling, was guided by my own creative judgment. This project demonstrates how human creativity transforms AI-generated possibilities into a polished, client-ready campaign.#envato #Envatochallenge
