I finally built my own version.
Using Flowstep, Claude (via MCP), and Figma, I turned that childhood idea into a playable MVP where you can customize your character, choose different worlds, pick obstacle packs, and jump into the game.

Turning a childhood idea into an actual playable MVP with character and world customization is no small feat for a Flowstep/Claude MCP build. Did the obstacle pack logic give you any trouble, or was that the easy part?
Thanks! The obstacle pack logic was actually the easy part. 😄 The real challenge was making the customization system feel seamless, so switching characters and obstacle packs updated the game correctly. It took a few iterations with Claude MCP, but seeing it all come together was the most rewarding part.

At first glance, this looks like a color choice.
But in a health product, color can change more than aesthetics.
It can change what users believe the product is.
🟣 One direction feels closer to premium skincare and self-care.
🟢 Another feels closer to health monitoring and measurable progress.
That matters because each category creates different expectations.
If it feels too cosmetic, AI results may feel less credible.
If it feels too clinical, it may lose emotional comfort.
The real UX question is not:

Interesting how quickly “health” can shift into “beauty” just through visual language.
I like this because the AI was used as part of the design process, not as a shortcut. The iteration and refinement are what make the final mascot feel usable in a real product.

The presentation is excellent.
The hardest part wasn't building the game. It was making it PLAYABLE. 🎮
While building Shadow Heist, I hit errors that broke the game, interrupted missions, and forced me back into debugging more times than I expected.
But that's where the real development happened.
I fixed the issues, tested the gameplay, pushed through the final mission, and turned the idea into something people can actually play.
Build. Break. Debug. Fix. Repeat.
That's what development really looks like behind the screen.
