So, I wanted to say Hello everyone!

I'm David, a multidisciplinary artist specialized in visual narrative. I work closely with the publishing market, translating content into different visual assets (video teasers and trailers, DOOH, covers, collection design, etc.) among other IP-related projects.

I've been jumping in and out for a couple of days, checking out Contra and slowly building my portfolio here... there's still quite a bit of tweaking left to do for a new profile!

Nevertheless... Hello! :-)

Art built to make everyone the same, now used to talk about finding yourself, is a brilliant flip and you described it better than the caption did. The halftone grain and that limited red, navy and cream palette carry the whole message. Sharp eye for sharing this.

Hi Contra 👋

I'm Alia, founder of Slick Prjct , my small brand strategy and design studio based in Brussels. I've been doing this for 10+ years, both in-house and freelancers side. I've spent the last few years mostly on Upwork, so starting a profile here from zero feels a bit... strange? In a good way :)

So how is it here? What do you wish someone had told you in your first month?
