Multi currency wallets are one of the easiest places to overcomplicate a UI, so seeing balances stay this legible across USDC and fiat is a good sign of the simplification work. Reading the case study now.

Starting the research from Play Store reviews instead of commissioning a fresh study is the smart move - users already told you exactly where they got stuck, unprompted and in their own words, which is a more honest friction signal than most moderated interviews produce.
