Kayros – Master of Adaptation is a character design and visual identity project inspired by the chameleon's ability to adapt and evolve. The project combines concept art, branding, storytelling, logo design, color palette, character sheet, social media assets, stickers, packaging, and merchandise into a cohesive visual universe. Every element was carefully designed to communicate the core values of adaptation, wisdom, balance, and continuous growth, demonstrating how a character can become a strong, memorable, and versatile brand.
