𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐝: The brand needed an engaging, high-converting UGC ad that would resonate with the audience on social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Meta. Their previous ads failed to capture the audience's attention and did not drive conversions.
