→ A pitch in the very first message
→ 4 paragraphs about you, your agency, your offer
→ Zero proof you actually read their profile
 
Gets a reply:
 
→ One line about something THEY published this week
→ A specific observation, not a vague compliment
→ A question they can answer from their phone in one sentence
→ The ask saved for message 3 or 4 after they've talked back
 
Deleted outreach is about the sender.
Answered outreach is about the receiver.
 
I rewrote one opener last month - replies went from 2 to 19.
