Hyper3D’s new Bang to Parts feature makes it significantly easier to deconstruct and refine 3D models.
Rather than relying on basic segmentation, it uses AI to understand the model and separate it into clean, meaningful components.
The recursive workflow is particularly useful: individual components can be separated and broken down further until you reach the desired level of detail.
For more precise workflows, Manual Mode provides control over exactly which parts are separated.
With clean geometry and preserved details, the resulting components can also be prepared for applications such as 3D printing.

This project started with a very specific idea for how a static product visual should move.
The base artwork was created with ChatGPT and Nano Banana, but before generating the final animation, I spent time refining the prompt and defining the exact movement, camera behavior and energy we wanted.
I tested the direction with different models, including Kling 2.5, using those iterations to improve the prompt before producing the final sequence with Seedance 2.5.
The result was extremely close to what we had planned, including the animation and even the sound effect that completed the motion.
For me, this is where AI production gets interesting: the real work is not simply generating. It is art direction, prompt design, testing and refinement until the model delivers the intended result.
That line about the real work being art direction and refinement rather than generation is something I don't think most clients grasp yet, they still see 'AI made it' as the whole story. Did you end up walking the client through that process, or did they only care about the final result?

Beautiful
The game I built yesterday is fun, but I want to port it to an app at some point and I also want to make it prettier, so I started working on porting my Bolt Pit game from Threejs to Unity.
Also, based on a few gamer coworkers' suggestions I'm also switching the gameplay from arena level progression to a more rogue-like game.
Somehow along the way the art style changed from neon to dirty rust and I'm not a fan, so I'm changing the art style back.
I'm using the Top Down Engine to do a lot of the heavy lifting of the gameplay and speed up production.
One of the best designs I’ve seen today. Really solid work 👏 Porting Threejs mechanics over to Unity gives game development workflows so much flexibility.
