When I started KEISH Design Studio, I had high hopes but realistic expectations. Now here we (meaning I, this is a one-woman show π) are, two years in. Did I mention I only freelance part time?
Iβll be honest, I donβt have a secret sauce for how to make money on this platform, or anywhere else. Iβm not going to start a podcast or selling courses, but Iβll throw these nuggets of moderate wisdom out there:
1. Respect peopleβs time and their money by doing good work
2. Learn when to say no to things, to yourself and othersβit will open the door to better things, and
3. You donβt have to be the master of all. Just knowing a lot about a few valuable things is okay! Go all in on what you're good at, and genuinely interested in.
