Two AI-generated images. Same creative intent. Different visual outcomes.
The images were generated with AI, but the art direction, visual decisions, composition, styling, and overall creative direction came from me as the human behind the work.
Now comes the real taste test.
Which one has the stronger visual language? Which one feels more intentional, more refined, and more memorable?
High-Energy AI UGC Stop-Motion Ad | TEVEO Activewear
The Challenge & The Outcome
Activewear brands require dynamic formats to showcase multiple product colorways without losing social media audience retention. The goal for this project was to construct a fast-paced, stop-motion-style UGC advertisement for the brand TEVEO. The final asset is engineered for short-form platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, delivering a high-energy visual sequence that highlights the apparel while retaining viewer attention through rapid, beat-synced transitions.
Creative Direction & Visual Breakdown
Dynamic Viewpoint: Utilized a consistent top-down camera angle over a hardwood floor setting to create an interactive, living flat-lay aesthetic.
Colorway Showcase: Rapidly cycled through multiple matching activewear sets, including hot pink, light pink, periwinkle, and royal blue combinations.
Lifestyle Integration: Strategically positioned authentic UGC lifestyle props around the models, including over-ear headphones, large water tumblers, sunglasses, magazines, tote bags, and cameras.
Playful Pacing: Integrated playful model actions—such as applying makeup, taking photos, and reading—to maximize engagement and lifestyle appeal.
AI Tech Stack & Production Workflow
Generative Assets: Leveraged AI video generation tools like Runway to synthesize consistent top-down character movements and fluid visual transitions between the different outfit changes.
Brand Consistency: Ensured the TEVEO brand identity remained prominent by maintaining clear logo visibility on the featured hoodies and canvas tote bags.
Post-Production: Utilized CapCut for rapid-fire editing and precision beat-syncing, ensuring each stop-motion cut matched the energetic rhythm of the audio track for a native social media feel.

adidas x Entire Studios FW26: Editorial Launch Video
I partnered with Entire Studios to create an editorial video for the launch of its FW26 collection with adidas. The brief was to introduce the collection; I made it a video essay instead of a product ad. It argues that code-switching, and the way 2020 merged work, gym, and home into one room, make a case for a wardrobe that blends sportswear and tailoring.
