This project was a fun one! Kitambre is the small food business of the grandfather of my Colombian girlfriend, located in Circasia, Colombia🇨🇴. Since the year 2000, he has been serving simple, honest food to the neighborhood. A place where people do not just come to eat, but to meet, talk, and feel at home.

Of course I was excited when he asked if I could help with his logo. How cool is it to see your work on the other side of the world? The goal was to create a visual identity that gives Kitambre a fresh and recognizable look. The identity is rooted in family, community, and tradition. Inspired by the colors of Circasia’s flag and the warmth of Colombian street food, the design uses soft shapes, hand-drawn details, and a friendly typographic style.
