Project Type: Branded One-Pager | Infographic Design | Visual Communication
Project Overview
Designed a branded, one-page resource for Optimal Performance (OP) to introduce athletes to a structured approach to improving mental wellbeing and athletic performance through the OP App.
The objective was to transform a six-step coaching protocol into an engaging, easy-to-follow visual guide that communicates actionable recommendations while reinforcing the brand's commitment to maximizing performance and wellbeing.
Design Approach
The design combines a modern, athletic aesthetic with a clean, structured editorial layout. Key elements include:
Bold typography: Strong, condensed headlines paired with clean sans-serif body text create a clear visual hierarchy and emphasize key messages.
Brand-aligned color palette: Deep navy, warm gold, and soft cream tones establish a premium, professional appearance while maintaining readability.
Purposeful imagery: Cinematic sports photography and mountain landscapes reinforce themes of discipline, resilience, personal growth, and peak performance.
Visual storytelling: Six numbered action steps, custom-style icons, and organized content sections make the information accessible and easy to navigate.
Balanced composition: Strategic use of spacing, dividers, contrasting backgrounds, and visual groupings guides readers naturally through the content.
The Result
A cohesive, visually engaging educational asset that simplifies a detailed coaching framework into practical steps. The final design serves as both a resource for athletes and a branded communication tool that strengthens Optimal Performance's visual identity.
