How do you guys manage your client workflow in 2026? 🤔
I wanted to share with you guys the Notion portal I've been using for the past 2 years to onboard clients onto a projects and keep things streamlined.
It honestly has saved me countless hours of headaches, back & forth, clients requesting files after completion of project, etc...
One thing I've learned while building this portal, is that systems are THE thing that will take you from a struggling to a successful freelance business. At the end of the day, time is 💸, and systems save you time.
Do you guys have a portal for your clients, or are you doing everything manually? Curious to hear your approaches on this one!

Thank you Alex! I def will when I get some free time! I think the part that's been the most helpful is probably the onboarding for the client. It helps me keep everything async and not have 100's of meetings. 😃

Systems make all the difference, I use Notion too and it keeps everything smooth saves me from the endless back and forth. I think you should release this as a digital product!

I built something similar in Notion last year, mostly out of frustration. Didn’t expect it to become one of the biggest upgrades to my workflow.

I'd look into building one for my clients, As a Social Media Manager usually used to working with new software, I did not expect Notion to be this hard to utilize.
