Vitrine é uma plataforma completa criada para pequenos comerciantes, feirantes, autônomos e negócios de bairro.
O sistema reúne em um só lugar: vitrine digital, feed de produtos, pedidos, clientes, estoque, fluxo de caixa, CRM, dashboards, métricas em tempo real, automações e notificações inteligentes.
Seu algoritmo funciona sem depender de IA ou consumo constante de tokens. Ele acompanha visitas, visualizações de produtos, curtidas, comentários, carrinhos, pedidos e compras, identificando automaticamente o nível de interesse dos clientes e entregando dados úteis para o comerciante tomar decisões melhores.
O projeto também possui um plano de compartilhamento voluntário de dados comerciais agregados e anonimizados, permitindo gerar novas fontes de receita sem expor informações pessoais dos compradores.
A proposta não foi criar apenas uma loja virtual, mas uma infraestrutura acessível para qualquer pequeno negócio local que normalmente não teria condições de contratar separadamente sistemas de CRM, automação, análise de dados e gestão — soluções que poderiam custar mais de R$ 2.500 por mês.
Um produto completo que gera valor para o comerciante, melhora a experiência do cliente e transforma atividades simples do dia a dia em dados comerciais em tempo real.

Esse workflow não é uma verdade absoluta, mas foi uma forma de trabalhar que aprendi e que deixou meu processo muito mais determinístico.
Uma das ideias que mais me ajudou foi usar repositórios de referência durante o desenvolvimento. Até em conteúdos da Anthropic eles reforçam a importância de fornecer contexto claro para a IA. Quanto melhor a referência, menos ela precisa “adivinhar”.
Também evito poluir o ambiente principal. Sempre que possível, crio um laboratório separado, testo, valido e só depois levo a mudança para o projeto real.
Outra prática importante é pedir para a IA executar o npm run dev, navegar pelo sistema e realizar uma etapa de QA. Mas o ponto principal é ter um script local que registre tudo de forma organizada: cada página acessada, cada clique, cada erro encontrado e cada resultado dos testes.
Assim, a IA não trabalha no escuro. Ela recebe logs claros, entende onde o problema aconteceu e consegue corrigir com mais precisão.
Na prática, isso reduz loops, retrabalho e consumo de tokens. A IA pensa menos sobre o que deveria fazer, usa menos “thinking” desnecessário e executa melhor o que já foi definido.
No fim, não é sobre usar mais IA. É sobre usar IA com mais estrutura, contexto e rastreabilidade para entregar mais rápido, com menos erros e mais previsibilidade.
