I joined the CapCut Seedance 2.5 Challenge and received a 5,000-credit bonus.
Still, it seems that the Seedance 2.5 model is currently unavailable, and it has been unavailable to me throughout the whole week.
I was able to generate only one video with the Seedance 2.5 model, but even that one disappeared from my CapCut Studio😕
Some of my friends who joined the challenge have the same issue. What should we do?

I'm a CapCut CPP and I generated the videos before the competition without any problems.

Hi Ivanna, I hit exactly the same wall and solved it last night on my own, so here it goes.
Check the URL you're working in. If it's /ai-creator/agent, that's the problem. On my account that canvas kept saying Seedance 2.5 was unavailable while the very same model generated fine...

Hello everyone! I'm excited to present my second work for the @CapCut Seedance 2.5 Video Challenge by Contra !
The idea of this video is that we can be different and try on different roles. But the main thing is to remain ourselves!
How I made it:
Formulated the idea and wrote the script
Broke down the script into timelines and detailed each scene
Validated and generated the required prompt in Claude over several iterations with manual adjustments
Generated the video in CapCut Seedance 2.5, also over several iterations (Seedance 2.5, Text to video, 30s, 720p, 16:9).

Is AI finally good enough to shoot a product demo on its own, or human touch is still needed?
I generated a 20s product demo with Seedance 2.5 in a single take providing it with one product image reference and an example video transcript (posted in the comments).
Do you disclose to a client how much AI is involved, or just let the result speak for itself?
