Just wrapped up the final version of my šš®š„šš¢-šš”šš§š§šš„ šš§šÆšš§ššØš«š² ššššØš§šš¢š„š¢ššš¢šØš§ šš²š¬ššš¦.
The automation was done, but the dashboard didn't meet the standard I had in mind, so I redesigned it from scratch. The second iteration is much cleaner and focuses on what actually matters: visibility into inventory mismatches across sales channels.
šš”šš š¢š ššØšš¬:
Synchronizes inventory across multiple marketplaces
Compares channel inventory against the master inventory
Detects discrepancies automatically
Logs every reconciliation for auditing
Sends Slack alerts when mismatches are detected
Provides a centralized audit dashboard for monitoring
Built using n8n, PostgreSQL, and Docker on a self-hosted cloud VPS.
Sometimes the automation is the easy part. Building a dashboard people can understand at a glance takes even more iteration.

I turned WhatsApp into a fully automated sales assistant using n8n and Google Sheets, and here's exactly how it works:
A customer messages you on WhatsApp. The bot greets them, asks for their name and guides them through placing an order. No extra apps. No extra steps.
When they request a product, it pulls real-time inventory directly from Google Sheets, only what's actually available is shown. No guessing.
Once they confirm, the bot logs their order automatically. Name, phone, size, quantity, price, one clean row per item directly into your sheet.
They can even follow up later asking "What's my order ID?" or "Is my order shipped?" The bot checks the sheet and answers instantly.
No duplicates. No confusion. No manual work.
