I designed and built The House, a mobile-responsive founder operating system that turns unstructured early-stage work into bounded, reviewable execution.
Founders enter through purpose-built rooms for strategy, product development, capital preparation, proof, delivery, and governance. Each room converts a complex objective into a structured path with guided intake, review gates, operator decisions, and durable work records called Proof Cards.
The system separates the founder-facing experience from back-of-house controls. Routine work can move forward through clear workflows, while decisions involving pricing, scope, intellectual property, legal claims, compliance, or disputes are held for human review rather than delegated blindly to automation.
I created the product architecture, interaction model, system language, responsive interface, room structure, operator workflow, state logic, Proof Card framework, and commercial user journey.
This portfolio edition demonstrates the product experience using fictional data. Client records, proprietary decision rules, internal pricing logic, private materials, and production integrations are excluded.
My role: Founder, Product Architect, UX Writer, and Full-Stack Developer.

One of my first solo projects for an AI startup, around two years ago.
I worked directly with BRYO’s two founders, taking the brand from early strategy through to a complete visual system and the touchpoints they needed to start putting it into the world.
Looking back, there’s a lot I’d approach differently now. But that’s also what I like about revisiting older work. It was a huge learning experience and one of the first projects where I got to think about a brand as a whole system, not just an identity.
And the nice part: it did its job.
The brand carried BRYO through those early two-person stages, and the identity is still part of the company today as they’ve secured funding, grown the team and moved forward with a pretty ambitious vision for industrial AI.

Hardest brief in product design: make someone feel sound through a screen.
You can't play audio on a Dribbble shot. You can't hear a beat in a portfolio scroll. So the entire visual system has to carry the emotional weight of the thing you actually can't show.
The wave logo is clean but I'll say stacked horizontal lines for audio brands is becoming the new "gradient circle for AI startups." It works here because the weight and spacing match the typographic mood. But the concept alone won't differentiate much in 2026.

The mockup leans on a hand holding the phone and a person mid-listen rather than isolated screens on white — that's doing more to sell the feeling of sound than the wave logo is.
