Governed Workspace Access - State-Controlled Operations Console I designed and built a responsive operations console that converts payment, account, and policy conditions into controlled workspace access. Operators can review a workspace, inspect its current state, verify required conditions, and see whether access should remain restricted or become active. The interface makes state transitions legible through explicit status controls, role-aware views, verification summaries, and auditable activity records. The system separates commercial events from access decisions. A payment attempt alone does not unlock a workspace. Access is granted only when the required conditions are satisfied, such as cleared payment, an active agreement, a valid room key, and policy compliance. I created the product architecture, interface system, state-transition logic, operator workflows, responsive controls, and synthetic demonstration environment. This portfolio edition uses fictional organizations and records. Client identities, production payment data, private agreements, internal pricing rules, credentials, and proprietary enforcement logic are excluded. My role: Product Architect, Systems Designer, and Full-Stack Developer.

I designed and built The House, a mobile-responsive founder operating system that turns unstructured early-stage work into bounded, reviewable execution. Founders enter through purpose-built rooms for strategy, product development, capital preparation, proof, delivery, and governance. Each room converts a complex objective into a structured path with guided intake, review gates, operator decisions, and durable work records called Proof Cards. The system separates the founder-facing experience from back-of-house controls. Routine work can move forward through clear workflows, while decisions involving pricing, scope, intellectual property, legal claims, compliance, or disputes are held for human review rather than delegated blindly to automation. I created the product architecture, interaction model, system language, responsive interface, room structure, operator workflow, state logic, Proof Card framework, and commercial user journey. This portfolio edition demonstrates the product experience using fictional data. Client records, proprietary decision rules, internal pricing logic, private materials, and production integrations are excluded. My role: Founder, Product Architect, UX Writer, and Full-Stack Developer.

Barre Code: Movement Cipher Lab -Embodied Computing System A mobile-first learning system that turns choreographic structure into sequence logic, debugging, bounded variation and verifiable completion. I designed and built an embodied-computing lesson that teaches sequence, dependency, state, debugging and parameter variation through choreographic structure. Learners arrange six synthetic movement ciphers, compile the phrase against deterministic TypeScript rules, identify a deliberately seeded glitch, make one bounded variation and download a Learning Receipt. The system deliberately separates authority between code and AI. Deterministic application logic decides whether the sequence is structurally valid. GPT-5.6 is used only as an optional explanation layer after validation and cannot override the result or block lesson completion. The responsive application was built with Next.js, React and TypeScript and includes accessible non-drag controls, server-side model access, structured output validation, deterministic failure handling and automated boundary tests. No human movement, image, audio, video, biometric, health, identity, client or student data is captured. My role: Creator, Choreographer, Product Architect and Full-Stack Developer

StagePort × CueR is a governed multi-agent operations system designed for live events, hospitality environments, and other high-pressure settings where timing, permissions, and human judgment matter. I designed the system to help teams coordinate movement, introductions, access, and operational decisions without turning the environment into a surveillance product. AI agents interpret event context, participant intent, role boundaries, and current operational state, then propose bounded actions for an authorized human to approve, hold, or reject. The governing model is simple: Agents propose. Humans approve. Receipts prove what changed. Approved actions generate structured receipt artifacts that preserve decision context, authorization, and system state. This creates operational continuity and accountability while keeping consequential decisions under human control. My role included product strategy, systems architecture, interaction design, agent orchestration, governance logic, workflow design, technical documentation, testing, and deployment. The system was developed as a mobile-first application using React, TypeScript, AI integrations, and Replit-based development and deployment workflows. StagePort × CueR demonstrates my ability to convert an ambiguous operational problem into a coherent, deployable AI product with clear permissions, human approval gates, auditability, and production-minded boundaries.
