For a Fortune 500 Company I took the process of moving capital expenditures over to fixed asset via journal entry from taking a full week, down to less than 8 hours. This was previously a very lengthy process in which, at the end of each month, 30-40 journal entries would have to be manually compiled and entered into our system. I was able to develop a template in Excel that could take the information from a few reports, which I also designed, and automatically compile the complex journal entries in a format compatible for direct upload within the ERP. *These are test numbers to show the functionality*

A year ago, I moved from our i18n team at Canva, where I led and supported template campaigns built around cultural insights, local context, and the nuances of how people celebrate, communicate, and create across different locales.
Now, on Growth, my design team's starting point looks different. We work mainly from SEO data, search behavior, and signals around what people are actively looking for 👀

Customer Retention & Cohort Analysis Performed an advanced cohort retention analysis using sample customer data to evaluate retention patterns across acquisition cohorts. The analysis highlights customer behavior over time and helps identify retention trends and potential churn risks through data visualization.
Cohorts are the right lens here. One useful guardrail is comparing cohorts at identical ages and separating acquisition-channel mix from within-cohort retention; otherwise a newer cohort can look weaker simply because it has had less time to mature. Nice foundation for making churn actionable.
