Claude just released Fable 5, their most capable model so far.
I tested it on hero section I’m currently working on.
I tried 2 versions:
→ Plain human language prompt
→ Detailed code prompt
There's a clear winner! Overall, I'm impressed.
Have you tried it? What are your thoughts?

I gave AI a code prompt example and directions asking it to write me a new code based prompt following the given example and my directions.

People who can speak code surely has a massive advantage when prompting AI.

Genuinely curious - which prompt structure ended up winning for the hero section, the plain language or the detailed code prompt?
In my experience with AI tools, the gap between the two usually reveals something important about how well the model actually understands design...

Great breakdown, @Kristine Vilnite . This is a strong way to test Fable 5 because the comparison is practical: plain language versus a detailed code prompt on the same hero section.
The difference between the two versions also reflects what we have seen in more technical testing at RaptorLabs ...

I'd appreciate transparency around prompting those really impressive AI outputs we see online. Clearly people with skills and experience are nowhere done / cooked and what not, they are the ones with massive advantage of knowing exactly what and how to...
I also used Fable 5 for developing a video expansion animation on hero section based on scroll using GSAP. I was struggling with the animation logic as I also wanted it to be responsive. Fable 5 literally helped me with achieving that exact animation I was planning to implement. I miss Fable 5 😭

Yeah, I did gave my whole Hero section code and explained it clearly! Fable 5 was amazing.
