I built Story Gap, a business clarity experience for small business owners who often know their business deeply but don’t always know what to fix, build, or automate next. Instead of starting with what’s wrong, Story Gap asks, listens, and finds what’s already working first. It separates owner facts, beliefs, customer evidence, and system observations to identify a few meaningful opportunities—then gives practical next steps the owner can actually use. When the human part matters more than automation, it hands the conversation back to a human and carries the context with it. I built it because technology should give small business owners more room for the work and life they wanted—not automate away what made their business worth building.
