Ownership doesn’t need consensus. It needs clarity.

Projects move when one person is willing to say, “This stops with me.”

A status report can explain a project perfectly and still leave it exactly where it is.

Information is not progress. Decisions are.

If nothing changed after the report, it wasn’t control — it was narration.
