Description: Hiring was being tracked across spreadsheets and email threads, which made it difficult to see where candidates were in the process and led to missed follow ups. I built a custom applicant tracking system in Airtable to manage the entire hiring pipeline in one place. The system includes a kanban pipeline for tracking candidates across stages, a structured setup for managing multiple roles, and individual candidate records with interview notes. It also includes a simple application form for capturing new candidates, pre filled email buttons for sending responses, and an optional scoring system to prioritise candidates.
