Student Management & Tracking System - Spirital Non-profit based in eastern Europe
The client came with an AI-assisted skeleton of a system they had built themselves. The foundation existed but required significant cleanup, rebuilding of existing sections, and the addition of entirely new features to meet their actual operational needs.
What the build covered:
1. Student intake via multilingual forms, with automatic routing into the correct workflow on submission - combination of scripting and automation
2. A teacher-facing interface for moving students through initiation levels, with a separate form-triggered update when students request progression themselves - interface and filters manipulation
3. Cumulative donation tracking per donor, with automated thank you notes on receipt - formulae and automation
4. Retreat tracking for both hosted and attended events, with automated reminders and welcome communications to students - automations and buttons
5. A milestone system covering birthdays, faith anniversaries, and spiritual milestones — advance reminders to teachers, automated greetings to students on the day - automations, buttons and formulae
A fully functioning system built entirely on Airtable using only native tools — no third party integrations. The client received everything they scoped, plus corrections and adjustments to ensure the system worked exactly as needed in practice. Total build time: approximately 5 days.
The engagement closed with a 5-star review on Upwork.

Having analyzed international financial requirements, scholarship structures, and application timelines for European and British higher education programs, the sheer complexity of syncing blocked accounts with strict visa deadlines became obvious. A generic spreadsheet isn't enough to track 28-day maturation rules and priority processing delays.
So, I built a solution. PathFinder Edu is a dedicated, responsive web platform (specifically designed for desktop architecture, not just a mobile app) that visually maps out your journey.
What I built using @flowstep.ai:
✅ The Gantt Canvas: A real-time spatial timeline syncing financial and academic milestones.
✅ The Financial Engine: A live calculator that computes required bank statements based on destination and duration.
✅ The Visa Hub & Confirmed Bookings: A secure document vault leading to a satisfying "Booked" success state.
The experience of using Flowstep as an AI design engineer was incredible. I was able to prompt my ideas, refine the UI components using the chat interface, and iterate across a full 7-screen high-fidelity flow right on the canvas.

Uptime Monitor Saves Me Time
I've been working on automating various tasks for my e-commerce business, and one of the recent projects was an uptime monitor. I used n8n to create a workflow that checks my site's availability every 5 minutes and alerts me if it's down. The tech stack included Schedule Trigger, HTTP Request, IF, Telegram, and Google Sheets. It's been a huge time-saver, and I'm excited to explore more automation possibilities.
