4 days till now. Still cant generate video in Capcut website @Contra HQ #contrasupport Can we use Capcut Ai lab app ?

I have heard many users getting error generating with SEEDANCE 2.5 in website. There is a Video studio in Capcut app for desktop users. Some says it works better using the Capcut app (Ai lab) or Capcut desktop app. Is it okay to use these apps instead of Capcut website ?
