Most people who manage delivery can't build. Most people who build can't run a program. I do both, and that combination is the whole point of my work. I can run a delivery program, and I can build the thing too. Not many people do both, and that's really the whole point of how I work.
What I'm after now is a Technical Program Manager role where someone needs both a steady hand on delivery.
