Designed a baby silicone teether from concept to production-ready CAD with a focus on safety, ergonomics, and manufacturability. The project includes concept sketching, industrial design, 3D CAD modeling, engineering drawings, wall thickness analysis, DFM optimization, photorealistic rendering, and manufacturing documentation. Created using food-grade silicone design standards for injection molding, ensuring durability, comfort, and safe teething for infants.

Headphone Product Design | 3D CAD Modeling & SolidWorks Assembly
3D CAD product design and mechanical assembly of a premium over-ear headphone concept using SolidWorks.
The project includes detailed part modeling, multi-component assembly, adjustable headband and earcup mechanisms, hinge detailing, folded configuration, and an exploded assembly view showing the internal components and how they fit together.
I developed the design with attention to form, component fit, assembly structure, manufacturability, and product presentation, producing both realistic product renders and technical CAD views.

Designed and developed a complete in-ear wired earphone product concept, taking the product from initial concept sketches through CAD development, internal component planning, prototype development, assembly visualization, and final realistic renders.
My role included 3D product design, CAD modeling, product visualization, component layout, exploded views, assembly process development, prototype presentation, and 3D product animation. The project covers the earbud housing, silicone tips, inline remote, cable, audio jack, internal components, and final product presentation.
The final deliverables were created to clearly communicate the product design and development process, making the concept suitable for product presentation, prototyping, manufacturing discussions, investor presentations, and marketing visuals.

DIY Cardboard House Kit | Product Design, Dieline, Prototype & Packaging
Designed a complete DIY cardboard house kit from structural concept through prototype and final packaging. The project covers construction analysis, tab-and-slot engineering, dieline development, graphic artwork, physical assembly testing, instruction manual design, and retail packaging. The kit was developed around tool-free assembly, stable connections, child-friendly construction, efficient flat-sheet production, and a cohesive visual identity suitable for a manufactured DIY toy product.
