Designed and automated an end-to-end lead qualification and follow-up workflow that turns incoming requests into structured, actionable lead data.
The system receives new data through a webhook, processes and analyzes it with an AI model, executes custom JavaScript logic, and uses conditional routing to determine the appropriate next action. Qualified records are stored in Google Sheets while automated API requests, email notifications, timed follow-ups, and additional verification steps keep the process moving without manual intervention.
The workflow is designed to reduce repetitive sales operations, improve response speed, maintain organized lead records, and ensure prospects receive the appropriate follow-up based on their status.
