Students were applying to universities through emails and forms.

Counselors were tracking applications in spreadsheets.

And students kept asking the same question:

“What’s happening with my application?”

So we started building something that connected both sides of the process.

But...

We built an ecommerce store.

But the store wasn't the interesting part.

Behind it was another system handling sales, inventory, purchasing, suppliers, leads, designers, and fulfillment.

Then we had to make both systems behave like one operation.

But we didn't really build a website.

The website was only the beginning.

The real system started after someone submitted a lead.
