When Contra sends you a job they think you are a good match for does the client also see Contra thinks you are a good match?

Just had a potential client share a 2 page google doc of updates they wanted on their site and told me it should only take an hour 🙃
I told them if they want it done properly it will at minimum be a 3hr job!!
