Meet Varshini
I’m a UX Researcher and Designer based in Bengaluru, with a background in Electrical Engineering and a Google UX certification. I got into UX because I was more interested in understanding people than just making things look good, though over time, I’ve come to value both. Over the past year at L&Q Technologies, I’ve worked across four B2B products, conducting user interviews, running usability tests, and turning feedback into actionable insights. I’ve collaborated closely with product and engineering teams, and also taken on requirements gathering and stakeholder communication giving me a clear view of how research actually influences what gets built I believe research is only valuable if it leads to better decisions. For me, success isn’t a polished report, it’s whether the team changed direction, clarified priorities, or built something more useful because of the insights. I’m looking for a role where research is part of the decision-making process, not an afterthought and where there’s a real feedback loop between what users say and what gets shipped.
