Epipoli: gift cards, from the sales site to the dashboard. For one of Italy's largest gift and loyalty card providers, around 500,000 cardholders supported, I designed three connected products end to end: the B2C area where cardholders activate and manage their MyGiftCard, the B2B dashboard where companies manage and top up the cards they distribute, and consumer sales sites. Corporate clients now read their programme performance without going through sales, the redesigned sites convert better, and a shared UI library cut campaign launch time from weeks to days.

ByteLegion Hosting: a hosting service designed end to end. As product designer for the ByteLegion agency, I designed the whole path from first visit to live site for this managed WordPress hosting for small businesses and vacation-rental websites: the presentation site, plans with the same price at renewal, and a 5-step flow where a WHMCS purchase sets up the Plesk account, the WordPress base and the Cloudflare DNS on its own. With AI-assisted development I built the automations and an internal Stripe + WHMCS dashboard that tracks revenue and churn. Revenue grew 30% over the last year.

Chili TV: one streaming experience on every screen. As UX and iOS consultant, working with the in-house design team, I redesigned the iPhone and iPad apps and aligned mobile, smart TV and desktop on one navigation model: one set of patterns instead of four different products. Launched in four European countries, over 600,000 users. Coming from iOS development, I put the technical limits on the table from day one, so ideas the smart TV couldn't sustain were dropped during design, not during build.

Bilingual corporate website for Techlane, a Managed IT Service Provider and System Integrator based in Milan. I designed the UX/UI and built it on WordPress with a custom YOOtheme child theme: service pages, success stories, blog and resources, Italian/English with WPML, clear contact and support-ticket entry points, and performance tuning with WP Rocket.
