The redesign resolved navigation friction by swapping a confusing environment for an open, daylight garden layout equipped with real-time compass way finding and map markers. Automated passport minting on wallet connection and optimised touch controls created a welcoming entry point for collectors exploring Web3 virtual spaces. Overview A leading NFT platform needed to overhaul a slow, disorienting 3D virtual environment to retain casual visitors and gamify community engagement. Objective Modernise spatial aesthetics, streamline wallet onboarding, implement persistent real-time way finding tools, and produce a scalable UI framework in three months. Action Architected a daylight environment, built an on-screen compass with dynamic spatial markers, automated passport credentialing, and established responsive touch controls. Results Spatial discovery time fell from three minutes to 30 seconds, user navigation errors dropped from 60 percent to under 10 percent, and onboarding drop-offs shrank to 5 percent.

Overview A global travel marketplace operating at high volume suffered from conversion drop-offs, cluttered UI, and excessive customer support tickets during device provisioning. Objective Overhaul discovery search filters, eliminate checkout friction, resolve extensive Figma file debt, and streamline the mobile eSIM installation experience. Action Replaced rigid search sliders with discrete bucket chips, restructured checkout pricing transparency, organized the design repository, and prototyped a Picture-in-Picture iOS installation walkthrough. Results Search bar engagement scaled to 450,000 interactions, cart abandonment fell by 25 percent, and iOS device setup support tickets dropped to near zero.

Action Created guest-user browsing paths, structured side-by-side market screens, engineered a modular Lite and Pro interface switch, and produced a comprehensive schematic logic blueprint. Results The delivery removed systemic architectural ambiguity, allowing the agency to successfully win the full engineering implementation contract.
