Noor — Merchant Admin & Operations Admin
Three production admin systems for a delivery service — built solo end-to-end, including real-time chat and billing logic.
⚠️ Problem
A delivery service needed three separate operational systems working at once: a panel for merchants to manage their own orders and billing, a central ops panel for the company's own courier fleet, and a customer-facing tracking site — each with a completely different user and a different job.
🔒 Constraint
Real production traffic, existing users depending on the systems daily, and — on the merchant panel — real money moving through billing logic that had to be correct, not just functional-looking.
🛠️ Solution
Merchant admin panel: built almost entirely solo (359 of 368 commits) — orders, tariffs, promo codes, invoices, reporting, real-time chat with customers/support (WebSocket), and later real billing logic (cash accounting, commission tracking, payment-status handling).
Central operations admin (cpanel): the company's largest internal system: courier management, live GPS tracking, in-app chat, and the fleet-management/credit system for company-owned courier scooters. Built largely solo through its first year (~84% of commits in that period), then onboarded and reviewed a successor once my focus shifted to the merchant panel's billing work.
Customer-facing delivery website: Next.js 15, React 19 — live GPS courier tracking with animated route rendering, rendering-performance and memory optimization, i18n, Framer Motion, OTP-based auth.
📈 Result
Three systems still running in production today, each shipped and maintained by me for over a year. This is real, closed-source production work — not a personal or practice project.

Maxler — Sports Nutrition E-commerce Platform (MVP)
A self-initiated e-commerce MVP built solo end-to-end for a real local business I noticed was still selling only through Instagram DMs.
⚠️ Problem
A real local sports-nutrition business was selling only through Instagram DMs — no actual online ordering, no order tracking, no admin tooling to run daily operations.
🔒 Constraint
No client, no spec, no budget — self-initiated, meant to be pitched cold to the business afterward, so it had to look and work like something a real operator could run on day one, not a demo.
🛠️ Solution
Customer side: product catalog, cart, checkout with both delivery and in-store pickup flows, phone-based OTP login, order tracking. Admin side: a full order status machine (unpaid → paid → assembled → in delivery → completed/cancelled), product and category management, branch management, and a customer database.
Designed two separate design systems from scratch (storefront and admin panel) with a full motion spec — exact easing curves and durations for every hover/active/entrance/exit state — because the first visual pass didn't hold together once compared against real references.
📈 Result
A working MVP covering both the customer and operator sides, built solo, ready to pitch directly to the business it was designed for.

Ongoing maintenance across a live e-commerce site and admin panel, plus a role-based access control system I designed and built solo from scratch.
⚠️ Problem
An online flower & gift delivery business needed continuous maintenance and new features across both its customer-facing website and its admin panel — not a rebuild, ongoing real production support on live systems.
🔒 Constraint
No unified way to control what different staff roles could see or do in the admin panel — anyone with access could see everything, which doesn't scale past a small team.
🛠️ Solution
On the admin panel: order lifecycle management, reporting charts with date filters, banners, and store management with multi-region/multi-phone support.
One feature designed and built completely solo, end-to-end: a role-based access control (RBAC) system — creating, editing, and deleting roles and permissions, restricting page access by role, and filtering navigation by what a user is actually allowed to see.
📈 Result
A real access-control system in production use, not a small tweak — built from scratch and still running. This is real, closed-source production work, not a personal project.
