Foodin is an organic food brand built around quality ingredients and intentional living.
For this self-initiated concept, I explored how the brand could move beyond traditional product photography by creating a campaign that sells the lifestyle surrounding the products rather than the products themselves.
The idea was simple:
People don't remember ingredients.
They remember moments.
Each visual was designed around a different everyday ritual where Foodin naturally belongs from outdoor adventures and slow Scandinavian breakfasts to deep creative work and the journey back to the origin of cacao.
Instead of relying on conventional photography, I used an AI-native workflow to art direct cinematic CGI environments that feel physically believable, editorial, and premium. Every scene was developed as part of one cohesive visual system, allowing the campaign to scale across social media, digital advertising, retail, and out-of-home placements.
This project demonstrates how AI can become a creative production tool not to replace ideas, but to execute them with speed, consistency, and cinematic quality while remaining true to an existing brand identity.

I created this speculative campaign for Remedy Drinks to explore how AI-native creative workflows can be used to produce premium advertising for food and beverage brands.
The concept pairs each drink with a moment where it naturally belongs instead of simply placing the product on a clean background.
Ginger Beer is paired with burgers and fries to emphasize its bold, spicy character.
Raspberry Lemonade Kombucha is positioned in a relaxed brunch setting with fresh pastries and fruit.
Tropic Sodaly is placed beside tropical food at a resort pool to reinforce its summer flavour profile.
The campaign ends with a hero image bringing all four flavours together in a single lifestyle scene, showing the range as one cohesive product family.
Everything was created using an AI-native workflow, from creative direction and concept development to prompt engineering and image generation. My focus was on making each image feel like a real commercial food campaign rather than typical AI artwork, with careful attention to composition, lighting, typography, product hierarchy, and brand consistency.
This project demonstrates how high-quality campaign visuals can be developed quickly for digital advertising, social media, product launches, and out-of-home marketing without the cost of a traditional production shoot.

COCO HIT Australia — "Every Flavour Hits Different"
Project Type: Speculative Brand Campaign
Industry: Food & Beverage
Services: Creative Direction, Campaign Strategy, AI CGI Art Direction, Visual Storytelling.
Project Overview
Every Flavour Hits Different is a speculative advertising campaign created for COCO HIT Australia to explore how premium AI-native CGI could elevate beverage marketing.
Rather than treating each flavour as a product variation, the campaign reimagines every can as the centrepiece of its own immersive world. Each visual was art-directed to communicate a unique emotion—from tropical escape and luxury to energy, sophistication and modern wellness while maintaining one cohesive campaign identity.
The objective was to demonstrate how cinematic CGI, creative strategy and consistent visual systems can transform product advertising into memorable brand storytelling.
This project showcases UGENCY AI's approach to AI-native advertising combining creative strategy with high-end CGI production to create visually compelling campaigns for modern food and beverage brands.
This concept was independently created as a speculative project and was not commissioned by or affiliated with COCO HIT Australia.

Ad agencies will quote you $80K and six weeks for a campaign like this.
I made it solo, with AI, in a few days no photoshoot, no set, no city permit for a giant soda can in the middle of a street.
This is a spec campaign for OLIPOP. Every image AI-generated end to end. Not a mockup, not a “proof of concept” a finished, sellable creative package.
The gap between what agencies charge for and what’s now possible solo isn’t closing. It’s already closed. Most people just haven’t looked yet.

I built a spec ad campaign for GYM BOD, Australia's high-protein dessert brand, solving a real production problem: traditional dessert shoots race against the clock before the product melts under studio lights.
I built a 3-concept static campaign using AI-generated food photography, capturing condensation, texture, and freshness with zero risk of the product degrading mid-shoot. No physical shoot, no melting deadline, no reshoots.
This was built as unsolicited spec work through Ugency AI, my AI-native creative studio producing ad campaigns for food, beverage, and CPG brands using AI image generation as the entire production pipeline instead of traditional photography.

A campaign built around freshness and locality following the brand's doughnuts from delivery truck to store to plate, with an emphasis on the "hot now" moment that defines the brand.
Concept 1 — "Follow the Glaze"
A Krispy Kreme delivery truck rolls through a charming European street at golden hour, with a location-based CTA ("Find Krispy Kreme Near You") — freshness framed as a journey to the customer.
Concept 2 — The Craving Trail
Glowing light trails drift from a storefront through a busy city sidewalk, visually connecting the shop to people walking away with bags in hand.
Concept 3 — Fresh Off the Line
A classic conveyor-belt doughnut shot inside a glazing store, with customers lined up watching — the brand's most iconic, recognizable visual moment.
Concept 4 — "Hot. Now."
A steaming Original Glazed doughnut shot close-up against the storefront's neon "Hot Now" sign — the campaign's clean, direct product hero.

AI-Generated Cinematic Ad Campaign for Pizza Hut (Spec Project)
A 4-piece cinematic ad concept built for Pizza Hut as a spec project, exploring how AI-generated imagery can push a major QSR brand's advertising toward a more premium, high-production feel without an actual studio shoot.
Designed each piece around a single dramatic "hero moment": a full cheese-pull shot with a crowd reacting in the background, a tornado-style ingredient spiral frozen mid-motion, an aerial ingredient swirl around a floating pizza, and an oversized pizza suspended over a crowd like a stadium reveal
Balanced hyperreal food photography (the pizza itself needs to look genuinely appetizing) with surreal, larger-than-life staging, borrowing from the same visual language luxury and sneaker brands use for product drops, but applied to fast food
Kept Pizza Hut's actual brand assets (logo, red/black palette, "Order Now" CTA styling) consistent across all 4 pieces so the set reads as one campaign, not four disconnected ideas
Each piece pairs a short, punchy headline ("Experience the Magic," "Hot. Fresh. Legendary.," "Hot. Fresh. Yours.," "Craving Has Arrived.") with a clear CTA, built for paid social and QSR digital placements.

AI-Generated 3D Ad Carousel for a Manhattan Coffee Shop (Spec Project)
Say Coffee is an independent café on East 59th Street in Manhattan with strong organic social content but no polished ad creative. I put together a free 4-slide ad carousel as a spec project, using their own product photography as a base and elevating it into cinematic, hyperreal 3D-style renders.
Sourced reference photos directly from Say Coffee's existing social content (their actual cups, storefront, and drinks) rather than generating generic stock imagery
Used image-to-image AI workflows (Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro) to preserve their real branding and logo while upgrading lighting, texture, and composition
Structured the carousel around their own tagline, "Say it. Sip it. Love it," so each slide builds toward a clear brand message instead of four disconnected visuals
Closed with a CTA slide carrying their address and socials, designed to convert social discovery into foot traffic

This speculative campaign for McDonald's was built to demonstrate how a classic brand asset can be leveraged into a multi-touchpoint, real-world experiential campaign that drives immense foot traffic and viral social sharing. The core goal was to transform passive visual advertising into an active, immersive consumer journey.

This project involved developing a series of high-fidelity, AI-conceptualized advertisements for Cold Stone Creamery. The objective was to create visually arresting, sensory-focused campaign imagery that elevates the brand's premium ingredients and "made fresh" experience for a digital-first audience.
