I handle the operations side of content, so the creative can stay creative while the posting, organising and follow-through actually happen. I plan and publish content consistently across channels, keep creative assets organised and easy to find in Dropbox and shared drives, and manage day-to-day social presence across Instagram and TikTok.
I also know the discovery side. As a YouTube optimiser I worked on titles, descriptions, meta-tagging research and post scheduling to help videos get found, and I research what is working in the market so posting decisions are based on real signals rather than guesses.
As a musician myself I understand content from the inside, but what I bring here is the operations behind it: making sure the right thing goes out, on the right channel, on time, and stays organised as things scale.

I keep the people and paperwork side of operations running so nothing slips between clients, suppliers and the team. Across my roles I have owned the full contract lifecycle and sent accurate invoicing to finance every month, managed client onboarding, offboarding and contact changes so every handover is clean, and taken ownership of meeting notes so every action is logged and followed up.
I am comfortable holding relationships, not just tasks. I have communicated daily with clients and property owners, managed supplier relationships, and supervised procurement teams to keep deliverables on schedule. I also handled monthly operations and finance reporting so owners and leadership always had clear visibility into what was happening.

I set up the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a business running without someone having to babysit every task. Over nine years in operations I have learned that most things slip through the cracks not because people are careless, but because the process depends on someone remembering. So I build the process instead.
Work day to day in Notion, Zapier, Slack and Google Workspace, and I am currently getting hands-on with Linear. If you need someone reliable who can look at a messy manual process and quietly turn it into something that runs itself, that is the part of the job I enjoy most.

I run online stores end to end, so the owner can focus on the product instead of the day-to-day. Across Shopify and Etsy I have handled the full flow: uploading and organising products and collections, updating product pages and offers so listings are clear and actually convert, and keeping the store structure clean and easy to shop.
The part I am strongest at is the operations behind the storefront. I coordinate with suppliers and fulfilment, chasing invoices, tracking shipments and following up on outstanding items so nothing gets stuck. I have also managed a villa's daily operations in Bali, handling bookings across Airbnb and Booking.com (http://Booking.com), supplier relations, and monthly revenue checks, so I am just as comfortable with real on-the-ground coordination as I am with the online side.
I also research the market, looking at what competing stores are doing with pricing, bundles and product pages, so I can suggest ideas worth testing rather than just following instructions. If you need someone who can both keep the store running and think about how to grow it, that is where I fit.
