I worked as a Senior Software Developer on Winfakt, a commercial accounting and POS software platform developed by Winfakt/SOCS in Belgium, from October 2010 to July 2024.
I initially worked on the desktop-based Winfakt Classic application using Visual xHarbour/Visual Harbour, Microsoft C++ and PostgreSQL, where I designed and developed the Report Designer component.
As Winfakt evolved into an online platform, I developed data import/export capabilities between Winfakt Classic and Winfakt Online, and built CSV/Excel import and export tools using JavaScript and Retool.
I worked on the product for nearly 14 years, contributing to both its desktop and online ecosystem. My work covered application development, reporting, data integration, automation and business software.
My work and contribution are supported by a recommendation letter from Patrick Mast, CEO of Winfakt/SOCS, who described me as a highly recommended software developer and contractor and highlighted my attention to detail, communication skills, innovative ideas and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

CSV / Excel Cleanup Pro is a Windows desktop application I designed and developed to help users clean, transform, validate, and process large CSV and Excel files quickly.
I designed the application architecture and user experience and developed the complete application end-to-end. The tool supports operations such as removing duplicates, removing blank rows, trimming spaces, find/replace, column transformations, validation, and CSV/XLSX export.
The application is optimized for large datasets and can process files containing 100,000+ rows while keeping the interface responsive.
This project demonstrates my experience in desktop application development, data processing, performance optimization, file handling, and building a complete software product from concept to packaged application.
