Edited a game trailer recently… and now it’s literally live on Steam. What started as a folder full of gameplay clips turned into a full trailer after a lot of cutting, rearranging, deleting, and figuring out one thing: What does the viewer need to see next? That was the real challenge—not just making the footage look good, but making the game understandable, exciting, and worth watching. Still pretty surreal seeing something that was sitting inside my Premiere timeline now being used on an actual Steam page. If you’re building a game and need help turning gameplay into a trailer that actually communicates what makes it interesting, feel free to reach out. #VideoEditing #GameTrailer #TrailerEditing #VideoEditor #GameDev #IndieGame #IndieDev #SteamGames #PremierePro #MotionDesign #GameplayTrailer #GameM

I made this intro for the channel in under 1 hour, including the storyboard. Didn’t have too much time, so obviously no revision pass, proper sound design, music, or final polish has been done yet. But for under 1 hour, I think it’s definitely worth it. The main reason I could do it this fast is because I already have some previous projects, setups, and elements from my usual work that help me speed up the workflow a lot. With proper time for revisions, sound design, music, and polishing, I can definitely take it much further.

Sometimes the hardest part of editing isn’t making footage look cool. It’s making complete chaos make sense. This project started with baseball, ghosts, combat, illegal shops and gameplay clips that looked like they belonged in completely different games. The job was to turn all of that into one clear 60-second experience — with structure, pacing, sound design and a story the viewer could actually follow. Now that trailer is live on the game’s Steam page. If you’re building something great but struggling to communicate it visually, that’s where I can help. #VideoEditor #GameTrailer #TrailerEditing #GamingEditor #VideoEditing #GameDev #IndieGame #IndieDev #SteamGames #GameMarketing #VideoProduction #MotionDesign #SoundDesign #PremierePro #AfterEffects #ContentCreator #CreativeEditing #Storytelling #GamingContent #FreelanceEditor
