A patented Ayurvedic product was confined within a clinical identity - medicinal packaging, a functional logo, and messaging that failed to inspire change.
Our deep-dive research revealed a crucial insight: the core audience was younger, more aspirational, and motivated by empowerment rather than caution.
The challenge, therefore, was to shift the narrative - from sterile education to cultural relevance. We renamed the brand and positioned 'Azaadi' as a movement, not a medicine - a symbol of freedom, progress, and the power to choose a healthier life.

We found inspiration in the timeless Channapatna craft (from Karnataka), building an entire brand world from this single, evocative idea. The toy shapes inspired the iconographic visual language. The playful wooden birds became our muse - inspiring the name “Local Sparrow” and shaping the visual and verbal identity that followed.
