desk doodles update 🪑✏️
been heads down for the makeathon building this weird little thing.
basically: you doodle stuff for a desk — mug, plant, medal, random object, whatever — and the app cleans it up, stylizes it, can flip it into 3D, then drops it into this shared public wall of everyone’s desk things.
right now it can:
– draw or upload → auto-styles different regions
– 11 looks rn: sketchy, hachure, charcoal, riso-ish, etc
– flip the whole desk 2D ⇄ 3D
– clean up rough strokes into nicer shapes
– move / resize / drop objects around
– browse a public “wall of walls”
– export SVG, PNG card, or actual 3D model
what’s left with 3 days left lol:
– fix the ugly edge cases
– test every object + style combo
– make the whole thing feel less “it works on my machine”
– final design polish
– ship it
learning a lot, breaking a lot, somehow still moving.
