Built an interactive Sales Performance Dashboard in Google Sheets from raw transactional data (180 orders). The project involved data cleaning, PivotTables, and PivotCharts to analyze revenue by Region, Salesperson, and Category. Key KPIs (Total Revenue, Total Orders, Total Quantity, Top Salesperson) were calculated using dynamic formulas including INDEX-MATCH, rather than hardcoded values. Added a Monthly Revenue Trend chart to show performance over time, along with interactive Slicers for Region, Salesperson, and Category so users can filter the entire dashboard instantly. This project demonstrates practical skills in PivotTables, PivotCharts, formula-based KPI automation, and dashboard design for business reporting.
