FluentCRM — Email Marketing, CRM & Lifecycle Automation Inside WordPress Role: Digital Marketer Focus: Email Marketing · CRM · Marketing Automation · Lifecycle Strategy · Deliverability Building Marketing Systems, Not Just Sending Newsletters My work with FluentCRM gave me hands-on experience with one of the areas I care about most: turning customer data, behavior, and communication into an automated marketing system. FluentCRM combines CRM, email campaigns, segmentation, sequences, and automation inside WordPress. My role covered both marketing the product and working deeply with the workflows it was built to solve. The Challenge Email marketing becomes messy quickly when campaigns, subscriber data, segmentation, automation, and email delivery are treated as separate problems. The objective was to communicate these workflows in a practical way while building campaigns that reflected how businesses actually use CRM and automation. What I Worked On My work included: Email marketing strategy Marketing automation planning CRM workflow design Contact segmentation Lists and tagging strategy Behavior-based automation Drip and lifecycle sequences Product onboarding campaigns Educational campaigns Feature and product-update emails Promotional campaigns Lead nurturing Customer engagement workflows FluentCRM + FluentSMTP deliverability workflows Email sending infrastructure education Campaign analysis and optimization I ran or contributed to 60+ product, educational, promotional, and lifecycle email campaigns during this period. Automation Thinking A good automation isn't simply: Trigger → Send Email. The workflow needs to understand: Who is this person? What have they done? What haven't they done? What should happen next? That meant working with segmentation, tags, user behavior, conditions, actions, sequences, WordPress events, and integrations to build more relevant customer journeys. Email Deliverability Another major part of the work was helping communicate the difference between an email marketing platform and the infrastructure responsible for actually delivering email. That included workflows involving: FluentCRM FluentSMTP Transactional email providers Sending reputation Email routing Campaign performance Deliverability-conscious setup The Outcome This experience moved my work well beyond email copywriting. It gave me practical experience designing and marketing complete lifecycle systems covering: Acquisition → Segmentation → Nurture → Conversion → Retention → Re-engagement My Contribution Email Marketing Marketing Automation CRM Strategy Lifecycle Marketing Email Deliverability Segmentation Campaign Strategy Lead Nurturing WordPress Automation

Omnix Studio — Building a Full-Service Digital Agency From the Ground Up (https://omnixstudio.co/) Role: Founder / Strategy & Marketing Lead Focus: Web Design · WordPress Development · Custom Development · SEO · Product Marketing · Growth · Ongoing Support Omnix Studio is my digital agency built around one idea: clients shouldn’t need five different teams to design, build, market, and maintain a digital product. We work across design, development, SEO, marketing, collaboration, and ongoing support, combining WordPress with custom-coded solutions when a project needs more flexibility. What We Do Our work covers the full digital lifecycle: UI/UX and website design WordPress development Custom frontend and backend development Landing pages and conversion-focused websites SEO and content strategy Product marketing Brand and messaging strategy Marketing campaigns Website optimization Maintenance and technical support Long-term growth collaboration My Role As the founder and strategy lead, I work across both client delivery and business growth. My responsibilities include: Client discovery and project strategy Service positioning Website and product strategy Marketing planning SEO direction Content strategy Conversion messaging Project scoping Team coordination Client communication Partnership development Quality control Growth strategy How We Approach Projects We don't start with a template. We start with the business. First, we understand the audience, offer, competition, user journey, and business objective. Then we decide what the project actually needs: WordPress, custom development, a lightweight hybrid approach, or a broader marketing system around it. The goal is always the same: Build something that looks professional, performs fast, is easy to manage, and supports real business growth. What Makes Omnix Studio Different Omnix Studio sits between a traditional development agency and a marketing team. That means we can connect: Design → Development → SEO → Marketing → Optimization → Support instead of treating each one as a separate project. For clients, that creates fewer handoffs, clearer ownership, and a much more connected digital strategy.

FluentCart — Go-to-Market Strategy for a New WordPress eCommerce Platform (https://fluentcart.com) Role: Deputy Marketing Lead / Product Marketing Focus: Product Launch · GTM · Positioning · Website Strategy · Content · Campaigns Taking a New eCommerce Product From Pre-Launch to Thousands of Stores FluentCart was a different challenge from marketing an established product. We were introducing a new eCommerce platform into one of the most competitive categories in WordPress. That meant the marketing couldn't start with campaigns. It had to start with the market. The Challenge WordPress already had deeply established eCommerce solutions. A new product needed a clear answer to several questions: Why should it exist? Who is it for? What problem does it solve differently? Why should someone trust a new platform with their business? My work covered the product-marketing foundation needed to answer those questions and then turn that positioning into a launch strategy. What I Worked On I contributed across: Market and competitor research Product positioning Messaging Go-to-market planning Product website strategy Website copy Landing pages Feature communication Product education SEO and content strategy Launch materials Email campaigns and automation Social launch planning Promotional campaigns Customer-use-case content Cross-team campaign coordination Post-launch content planning The challenge was communicating a large product without creating a giant feature checklist. We focused on the business jobs FluentCart could handle: selling physical products, digital products, subscriptions, software, and other modern eCommerce models from WordPress. From Product Features to Market Narrative A large part of product marketing is translation. Engineering sees: Features. Customers see: Problems, risk, cost, time, complexity, and outcomes. My work helped turn technical capabilities into positioning, landing pages, educational content, comparisons, launch communication, and use cases that customers could understand quickly. The Outcome I was part of the core marketing effort that took FluentCart through its early launch and growth phase, helping the product reach 5,000+ stores. The project gave me end-to-end experience across: Research → Positioning → Messaging → Website → Launch → Acquisition → Education → Growth My Contribution Product Marketing Go-to-Market Strategy Product Launch Competitive Research Positioning & Messaging Website Strategy Content Strategy Email Marketing Campaign Planning WordPress eCommerce
