Palm Beach Concierge Vet was built for Dr. Victoria Tomasino, who decided that the traditional veterinary model didn’t match the way she wanted to practice.
The goal from the start was to make an unfamiliar idea - concierge veterinary medicine - feel obvious and trustworthy. The visitor needed to virtually experience the calm of an at-home visit through a website standing in for a business that has no other front door.
The one place I added motion was a heart from the practice's logo, set behind an intro section on each page. Using Finish Layer's Block Animations, it expands on hover, so the heart comes to life as a visitor moves past it. Dr. Tomasino's practice runs on how much she cares for the animals and the people who bring them in, so the heart is the element I animated.
The result is a site built on Squarespace's foundation, using Finish Layer's native tools, pushed toward something high-touch and specific.
And the result? The client said it best — she got a website more beautiful than even she could have envisioned. Which is exactly why I do what I do.
