WhatsApp Business Automation Platform — I designed and developed a production-focused mobile platform that helps businesses manage WhatsApp conversations, contacts, broadcast campaigns, message templates, automation workflows, and performance analytics from a single application. I worked across the React Native UI, REST API integrations, real-time messaging flows, authenticated media handling, campaign management, contact workflows, dashboards, and responsive UX. The platform includes an Inbox for customer conversations, campaign creation and delivery tracking, reusable templates, automation/auto-reply workflows, contact management, analytics dashboards, and business-focused reporting. I also focused heavily on creating a polished, modern mobile experience with reusable components, custom data visualizations, smooth interactions, and scalable frontend architecture.
