🚀 About the Project
💧 JalSaathi is an enterprise-grade smart water delivery ecosystem designed to connect local water vendors with urban consumers through a unified digital platform.
🧠 AI-Driven Logistics — Built intelligent delivery workflows with demand prediction, optimal delivery-slot scoring, and automatic order batching to improve fleet efficiency.
📍 Real-Time Delivery Tracking — Implemented live location tracking using Socket.io, allowing consumers and operators to monitor delivery movement in real time.
📊 Real-Time Operations Dashboard — Created a centralized Logistics Pulse and live event feed for monitoring orders, fleet activity, system health, and operational performance.
🚚 Smart Order Management — Developed workflows for managing customer orders, delivery scheduling, dispatch operations, and fleet coordination.
💰 Digital Financial Ecosystem — Added a Digital Wallet and Smart Udhar Ledger to digitize prepaid balances and traditional customer credit management.
👥 Multi-Role Platform — Designed dedicated experiences for Admin, Vendors, and Customers, with role-based access and stakeholder-specific dashboards.
🔐 Secure Authentication & RBAC — Implemented JWT-based authentication using secure cookies, bcrypt password protection, and role-based authorization middleware.
📈 Business Intelligence — Added dashboards and generated reports to help businesses understand orders, revenue, delivery performance, and operational activity.
🗺️ Interactive Maps — Integrated Leaflet for location visualization and live delivery tracking.
⚙️ Automated Services — Used Node-Cron for scheduled background operations and Puppeteer for automated report generation.
🎨 Premium Frontend Experience — Built the frontend with React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS 4, React Router 7, and Lucide, focusing on reusable components and modern dashboards.
🏗️ Scalable Architecture — Structured the application into separate frontend and backend layers with controllers, models, services, AI logic, authentication, and stakeholder-specific pages.

A premium booking experience for a custom fashion studio in Lagos.
I wanted to solve a simple problem: when someone asks, “Can I book with you?”, the designer shouldn't have to spend the next hour going back and forth about availability, measurements, event dates, and scheduling.
Threadline Atelier turns that into one smooth flow:
Inquiry → Design Brief → Availability → Booking → Deposit → Confirmation
Customers can choose what they're making, share their occasion and event date, upload inspiration, select a real available consultation time, pay the consultation deposit, and get booked.
For the designer, it reduces manual coordination, follow-ups, and scheduling headaches.
Visually, I wanted it to feel like a luxury fashion house with a digital experience editorial typography, contemporary African fashion, cinematic motion, and subtle thread-inspired interactions.
The signature moment:
“YOU'RE BOOKED.”
This is a well structured website but the booking experience is what I looks good.
Finally sharing my new portfolio website.
I wanted to build something that feels like me — clean, interactive, and focused on the work rather than just listing skills.
Built from scratch with a focus on:

There’s still a lot I want to improve, but after a lot of designing, tweaking, and rebuilding, I’m genuinely happy to finally put it out there.

A premium AI-powered home services app designed to simplify how people diagnose home problems, find the right service, and book qualified technicians.
The product uses AI to turn a simple problem description into a clear service recommendation — helping users move from “What’s wrong?” → “What do I need?” → “Who can fix it?”
