  • How much is the investment?

    All of my prices are project-based, so I will only be able to come up with a final quote depending on the scope of the project. Your final total investment will be presented in a project proposal, with an overview of the project in terms of the deliverables and timeline.

  • What is your typical timeframe?

    Our process depends on the details you provide in the brief, and the number of elements and assets needed for the project. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before we begin. Please note that we may add a rush fee if you require the project to be completed at a faster rate. However, this additional charge is subject to our current workload at the time of our proposal.

  • How do I secure my booking?

    All bookings need a full payment or deposit to be made within a week of signing a project proposal & contract to secure a spot with us. Please note that we only take on 1-2 branding clients per month, so any deposits must be made as soon as possible before you lose your spot.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Certainly! Here's a revised version of the text with improved clarity and corrected errors: To secure your booking, a deposit is required. Once you have paid the deposit, you can pay the remaining balance in one or two installments, based on the total investment amount. However, if the investment amount isn't particularly high, we may require full payment upfront.

  • Do you provide a guideline on how to use or assets?

    Certainly! Depending on the asset you have selected, we will provide a concise guide on how to use it effectively. Additionally, we will furnish you with a link to purchase the appropriate font license that is required for you to be able to use your assets legally.

  • What formats will I receive my files in?

    We mainly use Adobe applications like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. The files we can offer you include JPEGS, PNG, PDF, and SVG (you can enquire about other formats). Once we compile your final files, we will create a shared Google Drive folder where you will have access to all of your assets, including presentations and asset guidelines.

  • How will we primarily communicate?

    If a client contacts us through our Art website, we will start communication via email. Otherwise, we will use Contra as our primary means of communication. For a discovery call and other presentations, we will use Zoom or Google Meets. To provide initial feedback on designs, we will use the Notion App where your client portal will be available.
