Our branding process entirely depends on the brief provided and how many elements and brand assets require creation. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before we start. Also note, that we may add a rush fee if you would like us to complete a project at a faster rate.
All bookings need a 50% deposit to be made within a week of signing a project proposal & contract to secure a spot with us. Please note that we only take on 1-2 branding clients per month, so any deposits must be made as soon as possible before you lose your spot.
Yes! A 50% deposit is required to be officially booked in, but you'll be able to pay your final rate in 1, 2, or 3 installments based on the final investment.
Yes! You will receive a brand guidelines packet that teaches you how to use your logos and color palette, and where to buy the proper font license.
If a client contacts us through our Art website, we will start communicating with them via email initially. Otherwise, initial contact will be conducted through contra! We will then set up a Zoom call or Google Meets for a discovery call & other presentations.
For feedback, we will primarily communicate through the Contra messaging system and the Notion App where your client portal will be located.
We primarily work with Adobe applications such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. The Files we can provide you with are as follows: JPEGS, PNG, PDF, TIFF, & SVG files. We can also provide a copy of the original Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop files (also note that to have access to these files, you will have to have access to these specific Adobe applications).
When we package up your final files, we'll share a Google Drive folder, where you will have access to all of your assets, this includes presentations and brand guidelines.
