FAQs

• How much are your branding packages?

  All of my prices are project-based, so I will only be able to come up with a final quote depending on the scope of the project. Your final total investment will be presented in a project proposal, with an overview of the project in terms of the deliverables and timeline.

• How long does your branding package take?

  Our branding process entirely depends on the brief provided and how many elements and brand assets require creation. If you have a specific deadline, please tell me before we start. Also note, that we may add a rush fee if you would like us to complete your project at a faster rate.

• How do I secure my booking?

  All bookings need a deposit to be made within a week of signing a project proposal & contract to secure a spot with us. Please note that we only take on 1-2 branding clients per month, so any deposits must be made as soon as possible before you lose your spot.

• Do you offer payment plans?

  Yes! A deposit is required to be officially booked in, but you'll be able to pay your final rate in 1 or 2 installments based on the final investment.

• Do you provide a guideline on how to use our brand material?

  Yes! You will receive a brand guidelines packet that teaches you how to use your logos and color palette, and where to buy the proper font license.

• What formats will I receive my files in?

  We specialize in working with Adobe applications, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. We can provide you with different types of files, including JPEGS, PNG, PDF, and SVG files. If you need any other file format, please let us know. Once we have finished your project, we will share a Google Drive folder with you. This folder will contain all your assets, including presentations and brand guidelines, so you can access them whenever you need them.

• How will we primarily communicate?

  If a client contacts us through our Art website, we will start communication via email. Otherwise, we will begin in Contra. For discovery calls and presentations, we will use Zoom or Google Meets. To provide initial feedback on designs, we will use Contra or the Notion App, where your client portal will be located.
