Our branding process entirely depends on the brief provided and how many elements and brand assets require creation. If you have a specific deadline, please tell me before we start. Also, note that we may add a rush fee if you would like us to complete your project at a faster rate.

All bookings need a deposit to be made within a week of signing a project proposal and contract to secure a spot with us. Please note that we only take on 1-2 branding clients per month, so any deposits must be made as soon as possible before you lose your spot.

Yes! A 50% deposit is required to be officially booked in, but you'll be able to pay your final rate in 1, 2, or 3 installments based on the final investment.

Yes! You will receive a brand guidelines packet that teaches you how to use your logos and color palette, and where to buy the proper font license.

We will initially communicate via email if the clients inquire through our Art website. Otherwise, we will begin communication through Contra. We will then communicate through Zoom or Google Meets for a discovery call and other presentations. For feedback on designs, we communicate through Contra and the Notion App where your client portal will be located.

We primarily work with Adobe applications such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. The files we can provide you with are as follows: JPEGs, PNG, PDF, TIFF, SVG, & more. We can also provide a copy of the original Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop Files (also note that to open these files, you will need access to these specific applications). When we package up your final files, we'll share a Google Drive folder, where you will have access to all of your assets including presentations and brand guidelines.
